Cancellation and refund policy

Registration cancellation

If you finally cannot attend the Congress and you do not have the possibility of transferring your registration to another person, communicate the cancellation of your assistance as soon as possible in the E-Mail: info@agrifoodporttarragona.com.

Refund policy

If you submit your application up to 30 days before the Congress, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded.

If you submit your refund request up to 15 days before the date of the Congress, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.

After this date, we cannot proceed to any type of return.

Any return will entail a period of 10 days to proceed with its refund.
